Obstetricians/Gynecologists at The University of Kansas Health System offer personalized gynecological, reproductive and sexual healthcare to women of all ages. This includes the most advanced diagnostic and surgical procedures.

We provide medical services to patients with a variety of gynecologic conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, pre-invasive cancer of the cervix, pelvic and vaginal infections, pelvic pain, contraception, menopausal management and any other disorder that is not unique to our cancer or infertility specialists.

Our physicians also provide all routine obstetric services and midwifery care, including antepartum care, prenatal testing and management of labor and delivery for routine and complex obstetrical patients.

Our team also has high-risk obstetrics specialists for management of unique and unusual disorders of pregnancy, genetic testing and the postpartum period.

Menopause, Intimacy and Midlife Transition (MINT)

Most women begin menopause in their 50s, but menopause may begin sooner. To address this stage of life, The University of Kansas Health System offers specialized perimenopause and menopause care.

  • OB-GYN physicians certified by the national Menopause Society
  • Telehealth and in-person appointments available
  • Addressing all symptoms including some you may not realize are related to menopause
  • Power of collaborative care - the team works with other specialists, as needed, to address your symptoms
